Basic Info
Name:TAK
Bio
Character: Tak
Series: Invader Zim
Age: Unknown. Adult.
Gender: Female
Sexuality: N/A

Appearance: Tak’s skin, being that she is Irken, is a pale green, interrupted only by a dark mole under her left eye and a tube emanating from her left temple. Her large eyes are a rich royal purple tone accented by long, dark lashes. Her antennae lay back quite close to her oblong head and curl into jagged spirals at the ends. She wears a long, purple tunic with horizontal black pinstripes over tight black pants. About at waist-level, her tunic splits, front and back, and the back tails go down to her ankles while the front ends well above the knees, there is also a pink oval displayed on the chest as well as a pink, triangular collar. Matching pink triangles mark the beginnings of the sleeves from her shoulder, which then continue light pink and horizontally pinstriped. She also wears elbow-length black gloves and high black boots with large, silver buckles. On her back is a white beetle-like shell with pink spots.
While that is Tak’s true appearance, she may often opt to appear as a human child, looking about ten-years-old, in order to blend in and go unnoticed. In this disguise, she is pale with short, indigo hair and grayish-purple eyes. Her mole remains and her ears are adorned with small pearl studs. She wears a tunic cut in the same manor as her Irken outfit, but horizontally striped in light and dark purple with a pink mock-turtleneck and pink-and-purple sleeves. She continues to wear the same boots and the pak on her back is disguised as a plain, brown backpack.

Personality: By human standards, Tak may be considered quite insane and megalomaniacal, but in Irken terms, she’s just a bit spirited. She is known to yell a bit and her sickly cackle can be quite disturbing to small children. But when you get right down to it, Tak is just deeply frustrated with how her life has turned out so far. She is, however, very professional. She can put feelings of anger or hatred aside to focus on her larger goal, becoming a recognized Invader. Her amazing competence is matched only by her ambition. She *will* regain the honor which was stolen from her and she *will not* let any petty little things like vengeance or worthless human lives get in her way.

Abilities/Weaponry/Strengths: Tak is very agile and has an excellent sense of balance. Though not as physically strong as a human, being quite a bit smaller, she knows how to use the strength that she has to its maximum advantage. She is well trained in hand to hand combat and the length of her jump would be very impressive to the average human.
An Irken’s pak serves as a very technologically advanced storage unit as well as an extension of their bodies. Four spidery, metallic legs may often immerge from Tak’s pak which can be used for a variety of purposes, to increase her reach either by poking directly with a leg or by raising herself up on them, to block or strike an attack, or to shoot lasers from. She can also walk on them to increase the speed of her gait or allow her to climb most surfaces. The pak also contains all of the high-tech gadgets the advance-scout of an invading alien race could need, including weapons, cloaking devices, building devices etc. Tak’s holographic projector, which allows her to disguise herself as a human child, is also located in her pak and can be used to render her invisible to the naked eye.
Tak has an implant, which appears as a tube coming out of her left temple and extending around to the back of her head, that allows her some limited mind-control powers. When activated, the function will appear as a flash across her eyes and she can influence the weak minded to obey commands or take hypnotic suggestion.

Weaknesses: Contact with water, or things containing water, will burn Tak’s skin and cause her severe pain. Her elbow-length gloves allow her to pick up wet things, but if water touches any exposed flesh, it will be as if it were a very strong acid. She can however eat normal human foods without incident, the reaction seems to be limited to the epidermis. Tak is very small, about the size of a human ten-year-old, and her skeletal structure is quite soft, which as an effect will repair itself quickly but also be damaged very easily. In a fair fight, an average sized human with any combat training could easily defeat her because she simply lacks the physical power of larger beings.

History: Tak was spawned in a breading facility like all Irken children, grown in a tube and shocked to life by a few hundred volts of electricity.
She excelled throughout her education and the early years of her training, scoring well above her peers in every endeavor she undertook. Right up until she was to take the final exam which would make her a part of the Irken Elite soldiers. On that horrible day, Tak first encountered the Zim-factor. Taking his exam the same day, the Irken known as Zim caused a massive blackout over half of the planet Devastis and blocked Tak into a crumbled testing-room behind a smashed vending machine. Testing, however, continued uninterrupted on the other side of the planet, and Tak was informed that she would not be allowed to retake the test for another seventy years.
Because of her failure to complete the exam, Tak was assigned to a janitorial post on the planet Dirt. After many emotionally crippling decades, Tak managed to escape that horrible place and search out an answer for the question that haunted her dreams. Who had caused the blackout.
Fifty years after that fateful exam-day, Tak finally arrived on the planet Earth, determined to steal Zim’s mission of conquest and take her rightful position among the Irken Invaders. Her plan was brilliant. She blended into the population perfectly, none of the filthy human creatures even began to suspect her as she set in motion her plot to transform the Earth into a giant piñata which she would offer to her Tallest as proof of her worth.
But she underestimated Zim. Underestimated his utter stupidity in letting his human arch-nemesis and its little sister into his secret underground base. The Dib-human reversed her ingenious magma-pump, ruining her plan and the Gaz-human managed to corrupt her robot minion and destroy her ship. She barely escaped with her life. And Zim, that pitiful excuse for an Irken, somehow managed to claim victory.
